We arrived in Crick having spent nearly 10 years on the island of Jersey, where we worked in one of the top hotels. Kieran worked with many of the top chefs; quickly gaining an enviable reputation for his original and distinctive, continental-style dishes, using the bountiful, fresh produce the island offered. We wanted to develop our work by running our own restaurant and are delighted to be here.
